Gather requirements for SecOps applications, configure workflows, UI, business logic, integrations, service maps, event management, and custom applications. Support testing, environment deployments, incident remediation, technical documentation, and alignment with technical leads. The role requires strong ServiceNow SecOps, scripting, integration, and platform development experience, along with ongoing certification development.

Leads end-to-end ServiceNow HAM and SAM architecture, implementation, and optimization for enterprise clients. Translates business requirements into scalable designs, technical specifications, roadmaps, integrations, data governance processes, and implementation plans. Advises clients on asset lifecycle management, software licensing compliance, CMDB and CSDM alignment, data quality, and operational optimization. Facilitates workshops and architecture reviews, guides delivery teams, oversees solution quality, and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.

Drive new business across named Bay Area technology accounts, including software, cloud, semiconductor, and platform companies. Build territory plans, self-source pipeline through outbound and partner channels, develop executive relationships, lead account strategy, sell consulting and AI-enabled ServiceNow services, manage sales cycles, maintain forecasts, and serve as a technology-sector subject matter expert.
