Develop and deploy AI-driven applications, workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers. Gather requirements, configure and script ServiceNow modules, implement Now Assist and other AI capabilities, integrate external systems through REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and ETL, and support testing, documentation, deployment, incident remediation, service mapping, and event management. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads while maintaining consistent platform patterns.

Leads end-to-end solution architecture and delivery oversight for complex telecommunications engagements. Translates business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps, guides cross-functional teams, manages risks and integrations across OSS/BSS and related platforms, leads governance and design reviews, advises executive stakeholders, and mentors delivery professionals. Requires deep telecom experience, enterprise implementation leadership, and strong knowledge of ServiceNow or comparable platforms.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow TSM/OMT applications for work order management, scheduling, dispatch, discovery, service mapping, and CMDB operations. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical SMEs, configure MID servers and discovery patterns, develop REST integrations, maintain event rules, prevent duplicate configuration items, and migrate Service Mapping patterns across environments.
