Lead end-to-end projects: create and manage project plans, scope, schedule, budgets, risks, change control and testing. Coordinate cross-functional IT and business teams, translate requirements into technology solutions, and ensure mortgage-servicing compliance and successful delivery.

Review, prepare, execute, and record mortgage documentation to ensure clear chain of title. Abstract land records and title reports, prepare/perfect documents (releases, assignments, affidavits, modifications, subordinations, assumptions), administer and audit MERS, update loan systems, respond to vendors/investors/borrowers, complete inventory and exception reporting, and meet SLAs while supporting junior staff.

Supervise REO Asset Managers to liquidate investor-owned properties for high returns. Maintain and create REO processes, track performance, train staff, control expenses, manage approvals, analyze/report on assets, ensure compliance, and support timely property closings.
