Reviews renovation loan documentation, eligibility, and disbursement requests against FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines. Performs quality reviews, manages investor regulatory requirements and reporting controls, supports internal stakeholders, handles complex customer issues, delivers analyst training, and leads process-improvement and special projects for Draw Administration.

Reviews, prepares, executes, and records mortgage documents to maintain clear loan title and perfected security interests. Abstracts land records and title reports, processes assignments, releases, modifications, assumptions, subordinations, and corrective documents, and ensures compliance with investor, MERS, servicing, and custodial requirements. Manages task queues, exceptions, audits, reporting, vendor inquiries, and system updates while meeting service-level deadlines and supporting junior team members.

Supervise Commercial and Bridge loan collections operations, including coaching staff, monitoring call production, resolving delinquencies, reviewing borrower assistance eligibility, and coordinating with portfolio managers and clients. Oversee documentation, escalations, audits, timecards, bonus reporting, dialer campaigns, and shared communications. Recruit and train employees, address performance and HR issues, ensure protocol compliance, and identify process improvements. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility across shifts.
