It requires strong Excel, reporting, accounting, ERP, planning-tool, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with on-site work and occasional schedule flexibility.

Administer and manage employee health and welfare benefits, including open enrollment, wellness programs, vendor coordination, compliance, audits, reporting, billing reconciliation, and enrollment accuracy. Partner with payroll and HRIS teams to maintain deduction and data integrity, respond to benefits inquiries, and educate employees. Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and related filing requirements.
