Supports mortgage call center operations through reporting, mailbox management, sales and government loan-processing requests, TCPA compliance reviews, audit remediation, risk assessments, workflow and procedure maintenance, and special projects. Coordinates with internal teams and IT, prepares review results and presentations, and assists with team training and development.

Reviews and abstracts land records, title reports, and mortgage documents to prepare, execute, record, and audit documents supporting clear title and perfected security interests. Processes assignments, releases, modifications, assumptions, subordinations, and corrective documents; administers MERS updates and compliance; manages exception reports, inventories, audits, SLAs, and stakeholder inquiries. Serves as an advanced resource for complex mortgage servicing documentation issues and junior team members.

Lead enterprise-wide mortgage servicing transformation programs from strategy through post-production stabilization. Responsibilities include managing platform conversions, integrated plans, governance, executive communications, Steering Committee decisions, risk and dependency mitigation, vendor relationships, cross-functional alignment, business readiness, data conversion, testing, cutover, training, and organizational change. The role requires extensive mortgage servicing expertise, executive presence, conflict resolution, and experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformations and PMO governance.
