Drive social catering sales for weddings and special events through proactive outreach, proposals, site tours, and relationship building. Manage contracts, CRM/event software, sales forecasting and reporting, meet revenue targets, and represent the venue at showcases and industry events.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Chalet, employee areas, and kitchen spaces. Perform detailed cleaning (dusting, polishing, floor care, windows, bathrooms), remove trash, maintain break rooms, assist with loading dock and receiving, and support kitchen operations. Flexible schedule required.
