Provides clerical and administrative support for a manufactured housing community. Responsibilities include answering phones, maintaining resident and vendor files, performing data entry and bookkeeping, assisting with tenancy applications, supporting rule enforcement, and helping maintain a clean, safe, code-compliant environment.

Assists the Community and Regional Managers with daily apartment community operations, rule enforcement, resident service, phone coverage, file maintenance, data entry, bookkeeping, tenancy application processing, and maintaining a clean, safe, code-compliant environment.

Oversee operations and financial performance across multiple manufactured housing, RV resort, and apartment communities. Responsibilities include developing owner objectives and growth strategies, managing budgets and rent increases, overseeing capital improvements, hiring and developing onsite personnel, conducting site visits, and supporting property teams. This hybrid role requires frequent travel, residence in California, Texas, Tennessee, or Florida, and the ability to maintain a home office.
