Perform revenue accounting and reporting, process and reconcile billings in the RMS, prepare quarterly/yearly revenue reports under ASC 606/IFRS 15, maintain general ledger reconciliations, cash and payment accounting, produce financial analysis and modeling, investigate discrepancies, and support process improvements and ad hoc projects for management.

Senior Product Designer responsible for user research, workflow discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and design system development. The role partners with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions, uses data and feedback to iterate designs, and mentors junior designers. Requires strong Figma expertise, a portfolio of successful UX projects, and 7+ years of UX design experience.

Executes accurate and timely tenant accounts receivable transactions, maintains supporting documentation, posts cash receipts, reconciles accounts, prepares tenant statements, researches charges and payment applications, and collaborates with property management teams to keep accounts current.
