Oversee operation and maintenance of one or more commercial buildings, manage engineering staff, enforce OSHA/EPA compliance, and lead capital planning, utility and vendor management. Ensure preventive maintenance, high equipment reliability, project delivery on cost/schedule/quality, and timely tenant service while producing monthly reports and controlling expenses.

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), supervise maintenance staff, perform preventive maintenance, manage contractors and inventory, respond to emergencies, ensure code compliance, and develop maintenance procedures to maximize equipment life and reliability.
