Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team: manage calendars, act as communications hub, coordinate with Finance and Legal, support business development, fundraising, scientific projects, and plan events and off-sites.

Design and run large-scale epigenetic reprogramming and functional genomics screens in primary mammalian cells. Develop and deploy molecular tools and delivery methods, contribute to mRNA and lipid nanoparticle therapeutic formulation, and collaborate with single-cell genomics and predictive modeling teams to advance epigenetic editing therapeutics.

Lead and execute drug substance and product CMC for epigenetic reprogramming medicines (DNA, mRNA, LNP). Orchestrate manufacturing campaigns, manage CMO relationships, recruit and lead scientists and engineers, troubleshoot in-lab issues, and ensure progress through late preclinical and early clinical development.

The Senior/Research Associate will support in vitro assay development, pre-clinical models, analyze data, and collaborate with teams on epigenetic interventions.

As a Senior Scientist, you will lead mRNA production and engineering efforts, ensuring high purity and scaling processes while mentoring team members and maintaining quality control.

As a Scientist, you will develop assays and models for endothelial cell function, collaborate on reprogramming hypotheses, and analyze experimental data.
