The Senior Accountant supports the Controller and CFO with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audit and tax compliance. The role partners with operational leaders across the United States and Canada, maintains accurate accounting records, analyzes financial performance, and improves ERP-based processes, controls, reporting, and automation.

Lead preparation of architectural construction documents, coordinate MEP and consultant deliverables, support BIM/Revit workflows, review shop drawings and specs, assist change orders, verify field conditions, coordinate with AHJs and clients, mentor junior staff, and support multiple simultaneous commercial projects.
