Ensures strong school management, instructional quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, enrollment, financial discipline, and parent and community engagement. Uses data, coaching, and structured observations to improve student outcomes and school sustainability. The role also supports government and community partnerships, school events, staff transitions, and ongoing professional development.

The Project Director supports the Managing Director and leadership team by coordinating strategic initiatives, managing organizational milestones, improving operational performance, and ensuring follow-through on decisions. Responsibilities include business planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, dashboards, technical requirements translation, and oversight of school inspection and compliance activities. The role requires strong project management, quantitative analysis, communication, leadership, and execution skills in a dynamic environment.
