The Project Director supports the Managing Director and leadership team by coordinating strategic initiatives, managing organizational milestones, improving operational performance, and ensuring follow-through on decisions. Responsibilities include business planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, dashboards, technical requirements translation, and oversight of school inspection and compliance activities. The role requires strong project management, quantitative analysis, communication, leadership, and execution skills in a dynamic environment.

Manages local IT operations, including user support, hardware and software deployment, network infrastructure, security, service desk tickets, inventory, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and infrastructure improvement projects. Supervises and mentors IT staff, supports project teams, maintains systems and equipment, and promotes service excellence and continual operational improvement.
