Lead social strategy and platform direction across seven channels, build processes and approval flows, enforce brand and compliance guardrails, run performance reporting and experiments, and drive community-first content (UGC, trends, AMAs, Discord activations). Part-time role (10–15 hours/week) focused on strategic direction rather than content execution.

The Business Director will lead and inspire a team, drive client success, oversee account profitability, deliver strategic thinking, and foster collaboration while shaping the agency's future with creative, socially-led campaigns.
