Own NewGen Multiple end to end, including product vision, roadmap, prioritization, feature development, prototyping, and delivery. Build and iterate hands-on with Claude Code and AI tooling, manage social platform integrations and APIs, monitor product performance, and maintain quality and security. Translate client feedback into a prioritized backlog, support demos, drive adoption, and collaborate with AI, engineering, account, and leadership teams.

Lead NewGen’s expansion across Germany and the DACH region by developing market strategy, winning German brand clients, expanding global accounts, building creator and platform partnerships, representing the agency through PR and industry events, localizing propositions, and establishing a future local team and office.

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns for gaming and entertainment clients, including creator sourcing, vetting, contracting, content review, posting, reporting, and relationship management. Coordinate with strategy, creative, and account teams; support negotiations; track campaign and gaming-specific performance metrics; and maintain awareness of gaming culture, platforms, esports, and emerging creators.
