As a Senior Technical Writer, you will create and manage customer documentation for our software solutions while collaborating closely with product, design, and customer support teams. Your role involves developing help articles, guidelines, and technical content in both English and French, ensuring accuracy and clarity in documentation.

The Senior BIM Manager will oversee the MEP expertise unit within the BIM team. Responsibilities include managing major BIM projects, creating protocols, ensuring quality in all MEP projects, and representing the organization at events. The role also involves deploying BIM in engineering offices and maintaining BIM standards.
