Lead Newfold's strategic partnerships function to identify, negotiate, and operationalize technology and product partnerships across AI, cloud, developer platforms, commerce, security, and identity. Build executive relationships, translate ecosystem trends into integrated products and growth opportunities, partner with Product and Engineering to deliver integrations and joint roadmaps, and scale a high-impact partnerships team to drive partner-sourced pipeline and measurable customer value.

Provide technical support for domains, DNS, web hosting, email configuration, and basic website issues (WordPress, SSL). Troubleshoot via chat, email, and calls; manage frustrated customers; collaborate with internal teams; research solutions and learn continuously. Training and mentorship provided; role is technical, not scripted support.

Manage build, QA, publish, and post-publish QA for storefront pages (AEM) and blog posts (WordPress). Execute on-page SEO at publish time, use AI tooling to build/automate page sections and metadata, maintain publishing standards, run pre- and post-publish checks, and coordinate with content, design, and engineering to keep the publishing queue moving.
