Drive agency ecosystem growth by prospecting digital agencies and freelancers, onboarding new partners, managing an agency book of business, identifying sales opportunities, and handling the full sales cycle. The role includes post-sale account management, customer issue resolution, revenue and adoption growth, performance tracking, and relationship development while supporting small and medium-sized businesses.

Manage multiple website delivery projects from customer onboarding through launch. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate Design, Copy, Quality Control, Marketing, and fulfillment teams, manage timelines and revisions, provide updates, resolve blockers, maintain documentation, facilitate meetings, and coordinate handoffs to ongoing marketing services. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and WordPress knowledge.

Develops and delivers enablement programs, messaging, scripts, job aids, and creative assets for customer service and sales channels. Partners with operations, product, marketing, and support leadership to improve product knowledge, conversion, cross-selling, productivity, and KPI attainment. Collects frontline feedback, supports multiple projects, communicates updates, and serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across teams.
