Design, develop, and maintain backend Java/Spring Boot services and microservices. Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs, optimize PostgreSQL databases, implement caching, event-driven systems, containerize with Docker, deploy on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, and support CI/CD, monitoring, and code quality. Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps; participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architectural decisions focused on reliability and scalability.

Provide voice/chat/email technical support for domains, DNS, web hosting, email setup, and basic website issues. Troubleshoot problems, handle frustrated customers, research solutions, and coordinate with internal teams (sysadmin, billing, abuse). Participate in structured training and growth opportunities.

Perform outbound sales to existing customers, uncover upsell opportunities, recommend website/SEO and digital solutions, build relationships, and meet sales targets using dialer tools and consultative selling.
