Manage day-to-day IT help desk operations for a client, including ticket triage, escalations, hands-on troubleshooting, device and identity management, onboarding and offboarding, and Microsoft Intune administration across macOS and Windows fleets. Lead and develop a support technician, maintain client relationships, uphold compliance practices for protected health information, and support hiring activities.

Leads the architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of healthcare data integrations across systems and vendors. Designs APIs, integration patterns, and interoperability solutions using HL7, FHIR, and X12; manages end-to-end delivery, testing, migrations, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Advises clients and stakeholders, establishes technical standards, drives governance and alignment, and communicates risks and recommendations to leadership. The role also develops runbooks, supports regulated environments, and improves integration reliability and scalability.

Develop and maintain full-stack functionality using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js. Modernize large production systems, reduce technical debt, refactor legacy components, and maintain automated test coverage. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features from planning through deployment and production support. Participate in code reviews, Scrum ceremonies, hiring interviews, and process improvements while using AI-assisted development tools.
