Supports enterprise sales opportunities from quotation through fulfillment. Prepares quotes and BOMs, sources components, coordinates purchasing and inventory transfers, tracks production and delivery, manages customer documentation, and maintains order and project status. Works across sales, engineering, purchasing, warehouse, production, finance, tax, logistics, vendors, and customers to identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep enterprise infrastructure projects on schedule.

Leads global accounting and finance operations across U.S. and APAC entities, including financial reporting, SEC filings, audits, SOX controls, treasury, tax, risk, and compliance. Oversees investor and Board reporting, equity administration, working capital, capital markets support, and strategic initiatives such as FinTech projects and M&A. Develops the finance organization and partners with the CFO, FP&A, Legal, IT, auditors, and external advisors.

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize e-commerce logistics systems for receiving, shipping, inventory, and returns. Implement Generative AI features to improve fulfillment workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and research new technologies to enhance scalability and performance.
