Supports enterprise sales opportunities from quotation through fulfillment. Prepares quotes and BOMs, sources components, coordinates purchasing and inventory transfers, tracks production and delivery, manages customer documentation, and maintains order and project status. Works across sales, engineering, purchasing, warehouse, production, finance, tax, logistics, vendors, and customers to identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep enterprise infrastructure projects on schedule.

Leads global accounting and finance operations across U.S. and APAC entities, including financial reporting, SEC filings, audits, SOX controls, treasury, tax, risk, and compliance. Oversees investor and Board reporting, equity administration, working capital, capital markets support, and strategic initiatives such as FinTech projects and M&A. Develops the finance organization and partners with the CFO, FP&A, Legal, IT, auditors, and external advisors.

Supervise and develop a technical customer support team while owning staffing, quality, service levels, training, certifications, escalations, and customer satisfaction. Drive pre- and post-sales performance, technical troubleshooting capabilities, self-service improvements, and cross-functional issue resolution. Use support analytics, AI tools, and root-cause analysis to improve efficiency, reduce repeat contacts, and prevent recurring customer issues. The role requires hands-on support during peak periods and on-site availability in Diamond Bar, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
