Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for families, manage administrative details, support funeral directors, and help ensure smooth funeral home operations. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, intermediate office and computer skills, and a caring, people-focused approach in a fast-paced professional environment.

Provide hands-on support to licensed funeral directors: assist families with arrangements, visitations and services; participate in removals, transfers, and decedent care; learn documentation, compliance, administrative tasks, and facility upkeep while developing compassionate communication and professionalism.

Guide families through pre-need funeral and cremation planning, educate on services and merchandise, build and manage a personal sales pipeline through outreach and referrals, partner with local organizations, use CRM and reporting tools to track activity, and maintain a professional funeral home environment in line with standards.
