Lead daily operations of a high-volume funeral home, supervise and develop staff, serve families through arrangements and services, manage financial performance and accounts receivable, ensure regulatory compliance, build community relationships, and maintain the chapel, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.

Provides administrative and operational support for a funeral home, including greeting families, managing communications, coordinating service details and paperwork, preparing materials, maintaining records, supporting compliance, and keeping the office organized and welcoming.

Assist funeral home operations by greeting families and guests, preparing and supporting funeral and cemetery services, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining facility appearance. Provide compassionate, detail-oriented service during varying hours, including weekends.
