Manage the BD pipeline in Unanet, own contact records, produce pipeline and capture reporting, drive market intelligence and pursuit strategy, support seller-doer outreach, supervise a BD Coordinator, and coordinate with marketing to convert opportunities into submissions.

Provide project coordination and administrative support for PMs: manage RFIs/submittals, upload documents to DocuSign and Unanet, process specs in RIB SpecLink, prepare reports, book travel, support HR/IT onboarding and terminations, maintain office supplies and site-visit equipment, plan events, and perform general office management tasks including notarization.

Lead electrical design for medium to large AEC projects, provide technical oversight, review designs and submittals, conduct site visits, mentor staff, ensure schedule/quality/budget targets, and support project management and client-facing activities.
