You will manage cloud environments and deployment pipelines, ensure reliability, security, and isolation for AI product infrastructure, and collaborate with engineers.

Provide strategic in-house legal support for commercial contracts, corporate governance, IP protection, compliance (including Vanta/OneTrust and ISO standards), and risk & disputes. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements; manage corporate entities, cap table and compliance programs; advise leadership and partner with business teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risk.

Own global people operations and talent acquisition across Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the US. Lead recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR systems, benefits administration, policy development, performance management, employee experience, compliance with local employment laws, and governance tasks like board coordination and corporate filings.
