Support a 24/7 DoD Cyber Network Defense operation by monitoring alerts, analyzing packet and log data, triaging incidents, integrating threat intelligence into sensors/SIEMs, and coordinating incident response and reporting.

Provides production support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, maintenance, and modernization assistance for legacy mainframe applications and databases. Maintains IDMS and Db2 z/OS environments, supports batch processing and JCL workflows, manages incidents and root-cause analysis, and documents technical changes. Collaborates on patches, enhancements, maintenance windows, releases, and migrations. The role is fully remote but may require occasional off-hours support for emergencies or planned maintenance.
