Lead NewAmsterdam Pharma's communications function to develop and execute integrated corporate, product/pipeline, executive, internal, digital, and media strategies. Serve as senior advisor to executive leadership, manage agency partners, oversee launch- and regulatory-related communications, reputation and crisis preparedness, and build a scalable communications capability to support commercialization and stakeholder engagement.

Lead analytical development strategy for API and drug products across clinical and commercial stages. Provide technical and regulatory leadership for methods, specifications, stability, release testing, and regulatory filings while managing CDMO relationships and cross-functional CMC activities to support approvals, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.

Lead and oversee global Phase 1-3 clinical trial operations, manage CROs/vendors, ensure GCP/ICH/FDA compliance, maintain TMF and data quality, support cross-functional teams, manage timelines, enrollment and budgets, and support regulatory submissions.
