Manage operation, maintenance, and reliability of all building systems at a large public library. Supervise and train a team of engineers, oversee vendors, run preventative maintenance, operate and troubleshoot HVAC/chillers/generators/elevators/plumbing/electrical systems, manage BMS, handle emergency response as on-site authority, administer budgeting, procurement, recordkeeping, and ensure compliance with safety and local codes.
