Support Community Access Programs and the Mobile Legal Help Center by conducting client intakes, maintaining client files, observing and participating in client advocacy, performing legal research and writing, assisting with housing, employment, and immigration matters, and completing other program tasks.

The Staff Attorney will represent detained immigrant New Yorkers in legal matters, including appeals and habeas corpus petitions, while providing legal advice and consultation to clients.

The Staff Attorney represents detained and at-risk immigrant New Yorkers in various legal proceedings, prepares petitions, and provides legal advice. Responsibilities include client consultations, supervising interns, and collaborating with community organizations.
