Provides comprehensive academic advising to undergraduate first-year, transfer, and second-year students. Responsibilities include academic and graduation planning, course registration, policy interpretation, progress monitoring, student advocacy, academic notice support, peer advising support, resource referrals, and coordination of transition programs and campus initiatives. Maintains student records in advising systems and collaborates with faculty, departments, and campus partners to promote student success.

Provides administrative and office support for the Mathematics and Physics departments, including course scheduling, faculty compensation and employment paperwork, grade and syllabus records, student-faculty communication, budgeting, interviews, departmental events, and classroom supply management.

Directs administration and financial operations for the College of Arts and Sciences, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, reporting, purchasing, grants, resource planning, and fiscal compliance. Partners with the Dean and department chairs on annual budgets, staffing, capital projects, space planning, facilities, human resources actions, and strategic planning. Serves as liaison to central finance and manages Workday transactions, approvals, and institutional procedures.
