Oversee university student billing operations, including tuition and fee assessment, statements, accounts receivable, refunds, third-party billing, reconciliations, late fees, and revenue reporting. Own billing-system configuration, testing, controls, documentation, and system enhancements while partnering with Finance, IT, Financial Aid, and external providers. Support audits, compliance, student communications, process improvement, and revenue integrity, while providing leadership and coaching to the student accounting function.

Leads university-wide accounting, treasury, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, tax filings, debt issuance, investments, and financial planning. Manages accounting, payroll, grants, purchasing, and treasury teams while overseeing banking, endowment, benefit plan, and real estate financial activities. Partners with auditors, rating agencies, trustees, legal counsel, HR, budget, and facilities teams. Improves financial systems, data integrity, reporting, controls, and technology-enabled processes across multiple campuses.

Part-time exam proctors oversee in-person and occasional virtual computer-based examinations for medical and biomedical students. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, checking students in and out, providing testing instructions, enforcing academic policies, monitoring students continuously, supporting disability accommodations, and handling exam logistics. Proctors receive training and work under NYIT staff supervision while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and policy compliance.
