Social Impact
Conduct civil rights and civil liberties litigation in federal and state courts and administrative forums, including pleadings, discovery, oral arguments, appeals, and pre-litigation advocacy. Investigate matters, analyze legal issues, use FOIL and FOIA, prepare demand letters, educate the public, collaborate across departments, develop pro bono relationships, and mentor attorneys and law students.
