Teams at New York City School Construction Authority

Serve as the public face and liaison for the School Construction Authority in an assigned NYC geography. Develop and maintain relationships with elected officials, schools, community groups, and agency partners; coordinate correspondence, public hearings, site visits, events, and stakeholder communications; collaborate across departments to resolve issues and support projects from design through construction.

Lead and manage a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, classification, benefits, labor relations, payroll/timekeeping, compliance, and employee relations. Provide guidance to managers, represent the Authority in hearings and negotiations, develop recruitment and classification strategies, prepare confidential analytical reports, and manage HR administrative processes.

On-site HRIS Analyst providing HR systems administration, data integrity, reporting, and end-user support. Maintain employee records, reconcile HRIS with payroll, produce reports and dashboards, support onboarding, performance management, and general HR administrative tasks while safeguarding confidential HR matters.
