The SVP will lead urban planning and economic development initiatives in NYC, manage diverse teams, and engage stakeholders for project success.

Manage business development projects to attract, expand, and retain companies in NYC. Advise on site selection, incentives, workforce connections, and real estate; organize site tours and partner meetings; develop proposals and presentations; maintain CRM pipeline and KPIs; conduct market research; cultivate stakeholder and international partnerships; represent NYCEDC at events and trade missions.

The AVP of Strategic Analytics leads analytics delivery, manages associates, enhances reporting tools, and ensures quality for the NYCEDC's Asset Management division.
