The Vice President, Neighborhood Strategies leads cross-functional project teams, provides strategic direction, engages with stakeholders, and mentors junior staff, focusing on inclusive economic growth in NYC.

Manage business development projects to attract, expand, and retain companies in NYC. Advise on site selection, incentives, workforce connections, and real estate; organize site tours and partner meetings; develop proposals and presentations; maintain CRM pipeline and KPIs; conduct market research; cultivate stakeholder and international partnerships; represent NYCEDC at events and trade missions.

Lead implementation of NYCEDC social media strategy: write and publish posts, create content plans and toolkits, develop and manage paid ad campaigns (A/B testing, targeting, budgeting), collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams, monitor analytics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize organic and paid social content, including executive social presence.
