Lead partnership development and stakeholder engagement across NYCEDC programs, manage cross-functional projects and the International Portfolio, oversee procurement and program implementation, track metrics and financial performance, draft presentations and memos for senior stakeholders, represent NYCEDC at events and trade missions, and support business development and event activities.

The Senior Policy Analyst will perform fiscal and economic impact modeling, conduct quantitative research, and communicate findings to stakeholders, focusing on NYCEDC projects.

Provide senior legal and transactional counsel for NYCEDC on real estate, financing, construction, infrastructure, and corporate matters. Lead structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex agreements; advise on regulatory, governance, and risk issues; prepare legal research and board materials; supervise and mentor junior attorneys; coordinate with City Law Department and other agencies; and support organizational legal and corporate initiatives.
