Supports real estate strategy, asset management, redevelopment, and placemaking for Bush Terminal campuses. Coordinates capital projects, construction initiatives, contracts, RFPs, budgets, operating reports, tenant services, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Manages or supports projects from inception through implementation, develops asset and construction updates, explores climate technology pilots, and contributes to processes and standards advancing equitable economic development and community vitality.

Leads high-impact economic and policy research for New York City, from framing questions and designing analyses through interpretation and communication. Serves as a senior advisor to agency and City leadership, develops comparative research, supports legislative priorities, monitors policy developments, responds to data requests, and represents research externally. The role requires strong economic judgment, stakeholder collaboration, project management, and the ability to translate complex evidence into actionable policy insights.

Conducts economic research and data analysis on NYC population, migration, labor markets, business activity, affordability, and neighborhood trends. Maintains recurring economic indicators, supports fiscal and impact modeling, prepares policy briefs and reports, reviews analytical code and spreadsheets, and communicates findings to agency leadership, policymakers, and external stakeholders. The role also manages analytical workstreams, responds to data requests, contributes to data infrastructure, and supports NYCEDC thought leadership.
