Manage day-to-day operational accounting: record transactions, perform month- and year-end closes, reconciliations, bank and cash management, prepare financial statements and reports, support budgeting/forecasting, fixed assets, sales and tangible property tax filings, assist audits and AP backup, and support internal controls and process improvements.

Manage grant accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting for contributions, ticket sales, concessions, stipends, and residential housing. Ensure grant compliance, prepare budgets and reconciliations, reconcile Tessitura to the general ledger, maintain supporting schedules, support audits, process journal entries, administer fellow stipends and tenant billing, and improve accounting procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
