Lead the company’s IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, cloud environment, cybersecurity program, compliance efforts, vendors, budget, and major technology initiatives. Oversee AWS and AWS GovCloud governance, security, reliability, disaster recovery, and modernization. Advance responsible adoption of AI, generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies while protecting sensitive information. Advise executive leadership, support CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 compliance, and collaborate across business functions on secure, scalable technology solutions.

Design and develop high-performance FPGA-based hardware and embedded systems for aerospace and defense applications. Responsibilities include system architecture, schematic and PCB development, component selection, signal and power integrity analysis, FPGA verification, hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, project management, product management, and customers while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads internal and customer-funded engineering programs involving hardware, firmware, and software. Defines objectives, plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk controls while coordinating cross-functional teams. Serves as the primary customer interface, oversees technical reviews and validation, supports proposals and cost estimates, mentors engineering staff, and drives process improvements. Ensures programs meet scope, performance, reliability, safety, and strategic objectives.
