Provide non-clinical therapeutic support and skills training to individuals with mental health or co-occurring disorders. Work on an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, daily living skills, community resource access, crisis coping, socialization, and adherence to person-centered recovery plans. May assist with SUD intake, outreach, screening, and administrative tasks.

Provide advocacy, assessment, and case coordination to connect clients with medical, social, educational, and behavioral health services. Develop person-centered recovery plans, monitor progress, document case activity, liaise with community partners and multidisciplinary teams, and perform outreach and education.

Provide outpatient clinical services including assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, risk assessment, client education, referrals, and caseload management for diverse populations. Work collaboratively with a treatment team and use outcome tools (PCOMS).
