Provides administrative and client support in a community mental health clinic. Greets clients, answers calls, schedules appointments, supports telehealth access, maintains client and financial information in the EHR, verifies coverage, collects payments, and assists clinical staff with client communication and paperwork. Provides case management and psychosocial support to clients by assessing needs, creating recovery plans, coordinating medical and community services, making referrals, advocating for clients and families, conducting outreach, collaborating with treatment and community partners, monitoring services, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role supports populations including adults with serious mental illness, youth with severe emotional disabilities, individuals with substance use disorders, and deaf or hard-of-hearing clients.

Provides administrative support for the Staff Development and Training Department, including training and licensure data entry, inventory ordering, mail processing, training scheduling, ID badge creation, employee record updates, and preparation of compliance reports and training records.
