Partners with school leaders across multiple locations to build compliant, supportive workplaces. Coaches leaders on performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, and documentation; leads sensitive employee relations investigations; manages complex cases; and builds trusted relationships while applying HR policies fairly. The role requires broad HR expertise, employment law knowledge, HRIS experience, and regular onsite presence.
