Teams at New Settlement

Lead and supervise groups of 15–25 K–8 students in after-school programs, delivering hands-on activities (arts, literacy, STEM), homework help, meal supervision, safety enforcement, conflict resolution, parent interaction, and collaboration with staff. Participate in trainings, meetings, and special projects.

Co-facilitate leadership, arts, STEM, mental health, fitness, and reproductive health classes for girls and young women (ages 11–21). Lead team-building, supervise trips, record attendance, support college and career readiness, participate in curriculum development and staff trainings, and maintain safety and inclusive environments. Part-time (4–10 hours/week) with evening and monthly weekend availability required.

Support fundraising and communications operations by maintaining donor and grant systems, managing donor portals and records, coordinating grant submissions and site visits, producing social and print content, conducting donor research, and assisting senior staff with cultivation, stewardship, and communications workflows.
