Supports web and app content publishing, promotional updates, campaign execution, A/B testing, QA, UAT, and launch activities. Works with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Trading, and Product teams to maintain accurate, engaging digital experiences. The role requires managing CMS and app engagement tools, following brand and design standards, supporting peak trading periods, and identifying improvements to content processes and customer experience.

The Logistics Planner supports distribution centre planning through reporting, data analysis, volume and labour planning, delivery schedule optimisation, project support, tender processes, and peak planning. The role coordinates information between distribution centre and support teams, presents analytical insights, maintains planning data, and deputises for the Planning Manager when required.

Design and develop women’s fashion graphics and print artwork aligned with trends, customer profiles, and brand direction. Manage designs from concept through final samples, collaborate with Buying and suppliers, and ensure commercial product delivery. Lead and develop a direct report through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews. Create factory-ready files, communicate trends, and contribute to seasonal and core product ranges.
