Project Managers needed to coordinate and supervise construction projects, oversee employees, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, interface with all involved parties, collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel, select subcontractors, problem-solve, comply with safety and building codes, report progress to clients, explain technical matters, prepare budgets, schedules, timelines, and provide direction to work groups.

Full-time, entry-level position in the Construction Manager’s Project Controls department focusing on scheduling, cost, and quality control for high-rise building projects in NYC. Responsibilities include updating project schedules, assisting with construction financials and cost control, generating reports, managing quality control, editing project management procedures, and providing training. Knowledge of various software tools is a plus. Enrolled in a Master’s degree program is a plus. Ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Implement BIM and VDC technology for design and construction coordination. Requires 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry with a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering. Strong interpersonal, technical problem-solving, and leadership skills required.
