One-year onsite apprenticeship assisting with horse herd management, horsemanship instruction, trail rides, camps, pony rides, riding classes, horse care, and guest safety. The role involves heavy manual labor and provides broad experience in operating a horsemanship and camping program.

Seasonal camp staff rotate through housekeeping, activities (including lifeguarding, target sports, high ropes), food service, canteen and coffee shop operations, grounds and maintenance, and co-hosting retreats (orientations, on-call guest support, setup). Requires physical work, relational guest interaction, and serving the ministry mission.

Seasonal Serve Team member supporting camp operations across housekeeping, activities (lifeguard, target sports, high ropes), food service, canteen, grounds, and maintenance. Provide guest-facing service, assist meal prep and cleanup, run canteen, clean cabins and meeting spaces, and perform physical labor while demonstrating a Christ-centered, servant attitude.
