Coordinates the medical phase of surrogacy and egg-donor programs from payment through pregnancy confirmation. Serves as liaison among intended parents, physicians, surrogate mothers, and egg donors; explains treatment procedures, schedules appointments, verifies medical tests, tracks IVF and pregnancy reports, maintains records, coordinates repeat attempts, manages frozen-material storage information, and hands programs to Pregnancy Care Coordinators. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, and stress-management skills.
