Manage day-to-day execution of renewable energy construction and commissioning projects, overseeing contractors, schedules, budgets, safety, change orders, and turnover to Asset Management. Prepare reports, track costs and schedule risks, and ensure contractor compliance with contract and insurance requirements.

Manage day-to-day construction and commissioning of renewable energy projects: oversee EPC contractors, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, change orders, punch-list and COD turnover, report progress to leadership and lenders, and escalate risks and contractor issues.

Lead marketing, negotiation, and sale of renewable energy projects. Manage cross-functional teams, run competitive marketing processes, negotiate MIPAs and purchase/sale agreements, perform diligence, build data rooms and materials, structure transactions, and coordinate with legal, finance, engineering, real estate, and policy teams. Drive strategy, value optimization, and improvements to policies and procedures while directing staff and supporting portfolio-level sales efforts.
