Analyze project risks, forecast milestones, manage cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and data rooms, track permitting and interconnection, assist with legal transaction documents, and draft/ negotiate project contracts to enable timely closings.

Manage execution and administration of EPC, O&M, supply and purchase agreements for New Leaf Energy's IPP and development businesses. Support drafting, negotiation, vendor evaluation, contract execution, recordkeeping, compliance with financing documents, change order and claims management, and development of standard templates and contracting systems. Identify and escalate contractual risks and support contract-related procurement and lender diligence activities.
