Receives on-the-job training in analytical practices, research, report preparation, data collection, records maintenance, and compliance-related reviews. Supports the Director’s office and bureaus with data, IT, administrative, and operational assignments. Interprets reports, evaluates data and IT reports, develops guidance and documents, and performs related analytical work under supervision.

Reviews and analyzes administrative procedures, budgets, fiscal activities, program outputs, and operational performance. Prepares financial and project-status documents, EPA agreement reports, division work plans, website updates, and internal and external communications. Coordinates administrative tracking and supports process-improvement initiatives across Water Quality programs.

Coordinates a three-year architectural reconnaissance project in flood-prone New Jersey communities. Plans field surveys, leads data collection and processing, coordinates participating-agency review of survey results, conducts architectural fieldwork, researches historic resources, and prepares regular status reports. The role requires knowledge of historic preservation laws, New Jersey architectural history, architectural survey methods, GIS or GPS data collection, databases, and digital documentation.
