New Iron is a boutique technical staffing and recruiting firm with Austin roots and worldwide reach. We help employers hire high-signal engineering and technical talent across SaaS, software, cloud, data, DevOps, semiconductor, factory systems, automation, industrial, and technical leadership roles. We work best on searches where context matters: specialized skill sets, hard-to-read resumes, competitive markets, and roles where keyword matching is not enough. Our team focuses on a select number of clients and searches at a time so we can understand the role, the team, the hiring process, and what a successful match actually looks like. For employers, New Iron supports direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire recruiting. For candidates, we offer thoughtful conversations, clear communication, and access to technical opportunities that may not always be posted publicly. We are intentionally small, experienced, and relationship-driven. Our goal is not to send the most resumes. It is to send the right people, support a clear process, and help both sides make better hiring decisions.
