Sorts, cleans, repairs, prices, and prepares donated household items for resale. Maintains an organized, safe, and clean workspace while collaborating with team members and supporting store operations. Requires standing and walking throughout shifts, repetitive hand and arm movements, and frequent lifting up to 25 pounds or occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. No prior experience or training is required.
