Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, surgical, restorative and preventive services; follow infection control; review medical histories; develop and explain treatment plans; prescribe and coordinate care; participate in productivity standards, meetings, training, and precept students; may require travel.

Provide in-house legal counsel to CEO, executive team, and Board; lead corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management; oversee HIPAA, HRSA, FTCA, Medicare/Medicaid compliance; manage contracts, litigation oversight, grants and audits; advise on employment, real estate, and facility expansion; manage outside counsel and training.
