Provides regional leadership and operational oversight across multiple healthcare clinics and service lines. Oversees performance metrics, staffing, budgets, workflow standardization, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and continuous improvement. Supervises clinic operations managers, supports organizational initiatives, identifies operational risks, and collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to improve access, quality, patient experience, and financial sustainability.

Provide diagnostic, surgical, restorative, and preventive dental care for patients; review medical histories, develop and explain treatment plans, follow infection-control and prescribing protocols, coordinate with other providers, participate in productivity standards and training, precept students, and represent the organization at professional events. Travel to sites may be required.

Perform janitorial and sanitization duties across clinic facilities (lobby, offices, labs, exam rooms, kitchens, restrooms). Duties include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, sanitizing surfaces and fixtures, cleaning windows and light covers, occasional high-reach work, and washing dishes. Work evenings and weekends when facilities are closed and follow infection-control practices.
