The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee programs and operations, strengthen financial sustainability, diversify revenue, expand philanthropy, and partner with the Board. The role includes organizational development, staff leadership, compliance, partnership building, public representation, media engagement, advocacy, and cultivating an inclusive, survivor-centered culture. The leader will guide Resilience through growth and change while strengthening infrastructure, stakeholder alignment, community visibility, and long-term impact.

The CEO will lead Depaul USA, focusing on growth, fundraising, staff development, and collaboration to end homelessness while ensuring financial sustainability and program excellence.
