Provides client-site audiovisual and videoconferencing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and operational readiness monitoring. Supports conferences and events, coordinates videoconference requests, manages loaner equipment, trains clients, updates documentation, and recommends repairs or upgrades. Requires flexible scheduling, local travel, physical equipment handling, and strong client-service skills.

Provides expert remote and onsite technical support across enterprise infrastructure, LAN, WAN, servers, and security environments. Troubleshoots complex issues, designs and implements infrastructure solutions, manages technology projects, monitors system performance, documents systems, and supports client requirements. Serves as a senior escalation point, contributes to technical presales and solution architecture, mentors junior engineers, collaborates with vendors, and drives automation and continuous improvement.

Manage network operations issues from identification through closure, produce accurate daily status and SLA reports, validate and reconcile data, analyze root causes, coordinate technical resolution, and automate repetitive reporting and operational tasks using Excel, dashboards, Python, or scripting. The role requires strong network architecture knowledge, hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls, clear stakeholder communication, documentation, and willingness to work shifts from the Bangalore or Hyderabad office.
