Manage end-to-end accounts receivable tasks including invoicing, collections, payment allocation, reconciliations, aging reports, and resolving billing discrepancies. Use Xero, ERP/accounting systems, and Excel to process payments, communicate with customers, support audits, and collaborate with stakeholders. Remote role with fixed PH time schedule.

Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for client infrastructure, troubleshoot complex server, network, hardware and software issues, lead infrastructure projects and implementations, mentor junior engineers, support solution architecture and pre-sales activities, maintain system performance through monitoring and automation, and produce technical documentation.

Responsible for managing vendor relationships, compliance coordination, AI workflows, and social media technology operations across a global team in a pharmaceutical context.
