Supervises daily staging-area operations, guides staging technicians, manages assignments and service requests, and provides technical escalation support. The role troubleshoots networking, hardware, software, and device issues; coordinates with engineering, logistics, vendors, customers, and sales; maintains documentation and technical standards; supports process improvements; and mentors technicians. This is a full-time warehouse-based position involving physical device handling and occasional overtime.

Leads the enterprise procurement function across regions and business lines. Establishes procurement strategy, governance, sourcing, category management, supplier partnerships, source-to-pay controls, vendor and contract standards, outsourced procurement operations, systems requirements, spend analytics, and KPI reporting. Partners with executive, finance, technology, operations, legal, and compliance stakeholders to centralize purchasing, consolidate suppliers, improve costs, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth.

Supports AWS cloud platform operations, security posture monitoring, remediation, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, FinOps, and GenAI application development. The role manages AWS services, security tooling, deployment pipelines, networking, cost reporting, architecture reviews, and technical documentation while collaborating across application and infrastructure teams.
