Serve as the Windows subject-matter expert (SME) for the DC3 project on a 6-month contract, providing Windows systems administration expertise.

Lead capture and analysis of mainframe SMF data using SAS and MXG to identify MIPS tuning opportunities. Develop scripts, tools, and SMF models, measure capacity and performance metrics, present online baselines and tuning results, re-platform SAS reporting off the mainframe, and recommend tuning actions. Financial services experience preferred.

Lead and execute enterprise migration from Exchange 2007 to 2010: plan and migrate mailboxes, implement Quest tools, perform POCs and roll-outs, troubleshoot, and manage email security (MessageLabs/IronPort) while following change management and service level policies.
