Define operating model, incident management structure, governance, tracking, reporting, decision rights, policies, and training. Improve business-technology alignment and remediate continuity risks. Support large-scale incident response and be on call 24x7x365.

Serve as the Windows subject-matter expert (SME) for the DC3 project on a 6-month contract, providing Windows systems administration expertise.
