Teams at New England Donor Services

Respond to on-site organ donor referrals from hospitals, perform donor evaluation and management, coordinate organ allocation and recovery, obtain family consent, educate hospital staff, and collaborate with surgical and critical care teams. Requires night shift on-call coverage, substantial regional travel by personal vehicle, and participation in a multi-week donation academy/orientation.

Coordinate organ donation referrals, screen donor suitability, manage logistics for organ recoveries and placements, liaise with transplant teams and hospitals, and work rotating 12-hour shifts including on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays.
