Overnight supervisor managing Veteran Service Representatives and Coordinators, ensuring safety, staffing, training, incident response, documentation, and high-quality veteran-focused customer service during overnight shifts.

Provide outreach, intake, assessment and time-sensitive case management for Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Secure housing placements, develop housing and stabilization plans, coordinate community and VA resources, maintain SSVF compliance and documentation, build landlord relationships, and perform follow-up to ensure long-term housing stability.

Provide case management and supportive mental health/substance use counseling to up to 16 Veterans in a TIP program. Conduct home visits, complete assessments and service plans, develop budgets and housing stabilization plans to support lease assumption within six to twelve months, coordinate with VA and program staff, collect fees, provide referrals and appointment accompaniment, document progress, and participate in meetings and trainings.
