Teams at New England Center and Home for Veterans

Manages day-to-day operations for a 24/7 veteran services center. Supervises frontline and contracted security staff, oversees schedules, staffing coverage, performance management, documentation, reporting, access control, incident response, security contract compliance, onboarding, and workflow improvements. Maintains operational records and coordinates with leadership and other departments while ensuring policies, safety procedures, and service standards are followed.

Manages 24/7 Low Threshold and Safe Haven programs serving Veterans experiencing homelessness and behavioral health challenges. Supervises support staff, coordinates coverage and referrals, collaborates with VA and internal programs, responds to crises, and oversees documentation and program processes. Maintains a small caseload, providing clinical case management, supportive counseling, assessments, service planning, discharge planning, and community referrals using trauma-informed, harm-reduction, motivational interviewing, and person-centered approaches.

Provides outreach, intake, assessment, case management, rapid rehousing, homelessness prevention, and housing stabilization for Veteran families. Develops housing plans, connects participants with community resources, coordinates rental and moving assistance, builds landlord relationships, supports housing placements, and conducts follow-up stabilization services. Maintains program compliance, documentation, data entry, case conferencing, and collaboration with VA, housing authorities, service providers, and government agencies.
