Teams at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill

Provides welcoming visitor assistance during events and extended-hours programming. Responsibilities include directing visitors, providing garden and facility information, selling and checking admissions, processing memberships, answering Night Lights hotline questions, rescheduling tickets, and monitoring safety concerns. The role requires inclusive customer service, comfort with computers and communications equipment, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently or with a team. This is a seasonal, hourly position with evening and occasional daytime shifts.
