Leads global fundraising strategy and development operations for a distributed nonprofit team. Responsibilities include prioritizing the funding pipeline, coordinating multi-country proposals, managing team capacity and performance, standardizing processes and collateral, overseeing CRM data quality, and producing leadership dashboards and reports. The role translates funder and field intelligence into strategy, supports country and program teams, and partners with senior leadership to improve fundraising effectiveness.

Coordinate and deliver Thailand-focused clean energy programs including startup acceleration, corporate innovation, and ecosystem development. Manage workplans, budgets, events, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and reporting, and support startup recruitment, mentoring, and commercialization activities.

Lead New Energy Nexus Philippines as its senior executive: set vision and strategy, drive growth and fundraising, steward external relationships, translate program learning into strategic priorities, build a high-performing team, ensure financial and organizational health, and represent the chapter across national, regional, and global networks to advance the country's clean energy transition.
