Supports business-class hardware and software while collaborating with a team and maintaining current IT skills and certifications. Familiarity with Microsoft servers, virtualization, Apple platforms, and security practices is beneficial.

Serve as the primary HR partner for MCA, translating enterprise people strategy into local execution. Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, performance management, succession planning, and compliance. Execute employee lifecycle processes using Workday, support people analytics and systems adoption, and promote engagement, culture, recognition, and team member experience. The role is full-time, in-office, and requires local Chattanooga residency or relocation.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure for clients. Supports Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, workstations, networks, backups, and related systems; completes project work, service tickets, maintenance, documentation, and client-site assignments. Serves as an escalation resource, collaborates on technical scopes and quotes, communicates with stakeholders, mentors junior staff, participates in on-call support, and maintains industry certifications and technical expertise.
