Support Ed & Work communications by building media lists and tracking hits, managing social media content and scheduling, drafting the weekly newsletter, updating website landing pages, pulling analytics for reports, and completing special projects and administrative tasks under mentorship.

Edit and produce short-form editorial content and newsletters, develop editorial strategy and calendars, partner with subject-matter experts, analyze audience metrics, and support select multimedia projects (podcasts, video). Manage cross-functional amplification with email, social, and design teams.

Support the Teaching, Learning, and Tech program with research, administrative, and programmatic tasks including coordinating an internship program, organizing events and stakeholder convenings, conducting research and interviews, producing briefs, and managing logistics and reimbursements for participants and staff.
