Teams at New America

Supports six state partners in the Eviction Data Response Network by coaching teams, managing scopes and milestones, facilitating cohort meetings and workshops, troubleshooting eviction-data barriers, coordinating technologists, developing knowledge products, and monitoring evaluation and learning. The role also contributes to broader housing policy initiatives, stakeholder communication, and implementation of large-scale housing stability efforts.

Leads New America's organization-wide digital communications strategy, website and publishing roadmap, audience development, analytics, brand stewardship, emerging technology adoption, and digital governance. Manages a multidisciplinary team and external vendors while aligning digital products with organizational goals, accessibility, privacy, performance, and reputation. Translates analytics and audience research into strategic recommendations, oversees responsible AI experimentation, and supports resilient, secure public-facing platforms.

Lead enterprise brand strategy and visual design across digital and print. Create templates, infographics, social and web assets, data visualizations, and support motion/video graphics. Manage projects, vendors, and external consultants; train staff and enforce brand standards while meeting deadlines.
