Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments by phone in a call center. Answer multiple phone lines, perform overhead paging, verify insurance eligibility and referral sources, and provide timely, professional phone support.

Work directly with orthopedic surgeons across specialties to provide comprehensive patient care: first assist in surgery, pre- and post-operative follow-up, call coverage, hospital rounding, prescribe medications, and evaluate diagnostics. Trauma or critical care experience preferred.

Provide back-office clinic support including prior authorizations, scheduling procedures and follow-ups, FMLA/disability forms, home health coordination, rooming and discharging patients, entering encounter forms, responding to patient portal requests, and scanning/indexing documents.
