Teams at Nevada Museum of Art

Provide administrative and operational support for the Museum School, handling student and instructor communications, scheduling and recordkeeping, classroom and supply preparation, inventory tracking and ordering, event representation, and assisting with program development to ensure smooth delivery of classes, workshops, and camps.

Support museum education programs by leading inquiry-based school tours and classroom Art Labs, integrating National Core Arts and Nevada Academic Content Standards, facilitating monthly family art projects, assisting setup/cleanup, and developing communication and classroom management skills.

Provide a welcoming, professional presence for museum visitors; share information about exhibitions and programs; monitor galleries for safety and unauthorized activity; respond to emergencies and follow procedures; handle light administrative tasks and address visitor questions and concerns.
